There are a few important points to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased directly from One Natural Experts:

Returning an unopened / unused product

If you would like to return your unopened and unused products, please let us know through email within 14 days of customer receipt and we will send you a return form with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the customer carries all the shipping costs of the return and that you can choose your own shipping method. Shipping costs will differ depending on the chosen shipping partner as well as weight and size of the package.

Once we receive the products, you will receive a confirmation email and an inspection process will initiate immediately to decide on the approval of your refund. If approved, we will notify you and issue your refund to your original payment method. Please consider that it may take 8 -10 business days after approval notification for it to be reflected on your account and that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Opened or used products

Due to the Nature of our products we are unable to accept returns of opened/used products. As we love the earth and want to reduce waste, we highly encourage you to give away our products as they could suit better another baby. However, you can always contact us at if you have a problem with one of our products and we will be happy to help you.

Damaged Items

If your ordered products from One Natural Experts arrived damaged, please let our Customer Service representative know through email at with an attached picture of your damaged items. Our representative will examine your request and decide on the refund on a case-by-case basis.

Wrong order

If you placed your order and received an incorrect product, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will send you the right product, with no extra cost.
